Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees, which will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you purchase.

Processing Time: Each item at UniquelyUApparel is made to order, allowing for customization according to your preferences. Due to this customization process, please allow 7-21 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipping.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package on the shipping carrier's website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after the package has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you selected and your order's destination. Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not from the date of your order placement. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unexpected delays may occur during transit that are beyond our control.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held liable for any delays or non-delivery of orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Restrictions: We comply with all applicable shipping regulations and restrictions. In certain cases, specific items may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to local laws and regulations. If we are unable to ship your order to your desired location, we will notify you and provide a refund for the affected item.

Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order Personalized Items: We regret to inform you that made-to-order, personalized items can only be returned or exchanged if there is a quality issue. As each item is specifically customized according to your preferences, we cannot accept returns due to the personalized nature of these products. 

Quality Issues: If you receive an item with a quality issue, such as a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please get in touch with us immediately at uniquelyuapparel@gmail.com. We will work closely with you to resolve the problem quickly. To help us assist you efficiently, please provide your order number, a detailed description or images of the issue, and your contact information.

Non-Personalized Items: Non-personalized items that do not fall under the made-to-order category may be eligible for           return or exchange. Please refer to the following guidelines: 

Unused and Unworn: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. 

Within the Return Period: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 business days from the delivery date. After this period, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange request. 

Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, when requesting a return or exchange. 

Return Shipping: If a return or exchange is approved for non-personalized items, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return transit. 

Refunds and Exchanges: For approved returns, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you prefer an exchange for another item of equal value, we will accommodate your request based on product availability.
